The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM. We ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure we can get the party started on time!
This will be a cocktail attire event. Ladies, think midi-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Men can wear a suit or blazer with dress slacks - tie optional! Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors (with a rain plan in place), as is the cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors. While we can't predict the weather, as much as we'd like to on our big day, you can usually expect temperatures in the mid 70s during the day, dropping to mid 50s at night.
Yes - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at the same venue! No need to hop around, just arrive for the ceremony and stay for the reception!
Children - Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! We will be celebrating with a child-free ceremony and reception. Plus Ones - If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone! Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones due to venue size restrictions.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. However, feel free to snap as many photos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception! And, if you want to share with your other friends and family, feel free to post on social media.
If you plan to stay in town, we've secured a room block at the SpringHill Suites. We will have a shuttle bus from SpringHill Suites to escort guests to and from the wedding. Check the "Travel" page for more information.
We will have an open bar with plenty of choices for guests. We will also have non-alcoholic options to enjoy!
You will receive an invitation in the mail, with an RSVP card included.
Feel free to take a look at the Registry page. Our biggest ask would be a contribution to our honeymoon fund! Please note, that if you wish to write a check, please address it to "Brett Paavola" and/or "Hannah Ernstberger" - Hannah will not be legally changing her last name for work-related reasons. However, she will be going by "Hannah Paavola" socially!
Feel free to contact us, Hannah and Brett, directly if the answer to your questions isn't included here!
