Join us for a Brazilian BBQ at our family beach house! We'll have food, drinks, music, and games, including volleyball, kayaking, and SOAP SOCCER (Google it!). - Bus Departure: 10:00 a.m. from the Sheraton. - Bus Return: 5:00 p.m. from the beach house. Activities Day

Get ready for a day of being Brazilian! We will be hosting activities throughout the day - you can pick one or all of them! 6:00 a.m. - Hawaiian Canoe: Join Giulia and Brett for an early morning paddle with Maui Va'a at Praia da Ilha do Frade. RSVP is required as we only have 36 spots! Arrive by 6am so you don’t miss the canoe. Pack very light as there’s no room on the boat and beware things can get wet. 10:00 a.m. - Dance Class: Learn how to samba and forró with us at the Sheraton. Further instructions to be provided closer to the date! 2:00 p.m. - Beach Day: Head to Guardeiria beach with Brett and Giulia for games like altinha, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and cold beers. 4:00 p.m. - Girls Shopping Trip: Giulia is taking the ladies on a shopping trip! We'll walk to her favorite street in Vitoria (a 10-minute walk from the beach/Sheraton). If we have time, we can Uber to a nearby mall to check out Farm Rio as well. (No outfit change needed! You’re in a tropical country!)

Festa na Praia (Party on the Beach)!

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Men: Long linen shirts, pants, and loafers. Women: Exuberant midi or long dresses and heels. The more tropical and colorful, the better! Brands like Farm Rio are great inspiration.

Let's have a beautiful gathering to give you a taste of Brazil before we tie the knot. We will have a Brazilian open bar and food buffet and a DJ. Transportation won't be provided for this event, but Uber is widely available in Brazil. The venue is 5-7 min away from our recommended hotels (Sheraton & Sleep Inn)

Free Friday

12:15 am - 11:45 pm

Our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Formal. Men: Full suit and Tie. Women: Long Colorful Dresses and Heels

Guests should arrive by 4:30PM to settle down for ceremony, as we will begin 4:45pm sharp. We will follow with a cocktail hour and reception at the same venue.

Last Day Churrasco & Chill

Let's finish this epic week with a restful Brazilian BBQ and say goodbye to the newlyweds as they leave for their honeymoon! We are having a laid back reunion in a samba bar, as families do after a wedding, where we come together to gossip, re-live the night and have another laugh together! Don't worry, we won't make you samba if you don't want to ;).
