If you're in town Sunday morning, we'll see you at the 8:30am service!
The best way to spend a weekend in North Dallas: Brunch at cafe 360, shopping at stonebriar mall, worldsprings mineral spa, mini golf at popstroke or puttery, ferris wheel at Scheel’s, top golf, go karting at Andrettis, dinner at “the grotto”, drinks at truckyard, taiyaki ice cream at somisomi. All about 20 minutes west of McKinney!
Texas Tulips is a pick-your-own tulip farm that opens exclusively in the spring! Located in pilot point.
Start your morning off with coffee at Collective, hit the farmers market, explore the shops downtown, grab lunch at Koji sushi and either ice cream at Miruku or a slice of pie at emporium pies!
Open on Saturday morning from 8am-12pm (the morning after the wedding) Peruse the Farmer’s Market and check out all of the cool vendors. They truly have the most unique items— from fun dips and spreads to homegrown lavender, pottery, vibrant produce and everything in between! Make sure to check out the bread booth behind the yellow house. That lady’s focaccia is no joke!
Our favorite place to get steps in. The trails go for 7 miles, but even just a loop around the lake is a wonderful way to kill some time. Town Lake Park is always hosting fishing tournaments, marathons and radio shows, too! There are 3 secret ponds on the far side of the trail. This is where our engagement pictures were taken!
A beautiful development modeled after European architecture. The Bella Donna Chapel and bell tower will blow you away! Take pictures and pretend like you're in Italy.
Our FAVORITE pizza spot in downtown McKinney! Their gluten free crust is better than the regular crust. Just trust us on this one.
Best barbecue in Dallas, hands down. Conveniently with a drive through window if you want to take it back to the hotel. Make sure to try the "Texas Twinkie"— a bacon-wrapped jalapeno stuffed with brisket!
Emily's favorite spot in downtown McKinney. Such cool vendors and very reasonably priced!
Brett's favorite place in downtown Mckinney! Browse their double-decker supply of snow gear and take cool pictures.
Our go-to after church! They never disappoint. Try the cajun eggs benedict or the tuscan chicken sandwich on focaccia.
Such a unique brunch spot with incredible matcha, lattes, soufflé pancakes and savory fares! The restaurant itself is stunning as well.
Brett claims that this is the best ice cream he’s ever had. We will let you guys be the judge of that! Brett gets a cookies and cream taiyaki while Emily gets a coffee and milk swirl taiyaki with Nutella inside.
