What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, May 1st, 2026. This will allow time for the bride and groom to send a final count for catering and lodging.

When should we book our room at Comfort Inn & Suites?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to book their rooms by July 5th, 2026. Call (269) 655-0303 and let them know you are with the “Guimond Wrubel Wedding” to receive the discounted rate. After July 5th, any remaining rooms will be opened to the public at standard pricing.

Are plus-ones or children allowed?

Answer

Because of limited space, we’re able to welcome only the guests included on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, your invitation will say “[Your Name] & Guest.” We kindly ask you keep all children home due to this being an adult only event.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. We’ll have a spacious tent for the reception, so everyone will stay covered and comfortable, rain or shine!

What time should I arrive to your ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony starts at 4:00 PM.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! Drinks are on us… the party is on you!

There will be parking accomodations and directions set-up day of wedding.
