We met on Zoom... can you guess which year? We met while serving in a college ministry at The University of Texas. After lots of Cabo Bob's, walks around campus, and dessert runs, we decided to call it what it was and began dating in April of 2021. While dating, we discovered that some of our quirks are actually shared — like peeling the crust off of our Pop-Tarts, savoring a good lobster dinner, and insisting that citrus makes any drink better. We love spending our time together making up new recipes, watching Criminal Minds, and cheering on the Longhorns any day of the week. We have also seen the numerous ways that God has worked in our relationship to allow us as individuals to grow closer to Him. We got engaged on April 19, 2024 surrounded by our favorite things -- each other, family, friends, HTeaO, and hibachi. Our time together has also given us the biggest blessing of gaining more family and friends through each other. We are so excited to continue to see what God has in store for us as The Hadens!
