What does "garden semi-formal attire" mean?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable and to dress for enjoyment of our garden wedding and dancing at the reception. We are thinking dresses, trousers and a top or dress shirt (with or without a sports jacket) or a suit, but truly we are flexible. We just want you to have fun and help us celebrate! Wear what is comfortable.

Question

It looks like the wedding venue is walking distance from the hotel. Should I walk?

Answer

It is a little bit of hike (without comfortable shoes), so we recommend that you Uber or Lyft to the wedding. In any event, you should Uber or Lyft back to the hotel in the evening for safety. There is a parking garage very close the venue, so driving is also an option.

What the heck does "smart casual" for the Welcome BBQ Supper mean?

Answer

That's a great question. We were thinking casual dresses, jeans or trousers, polo shirts or nice tops, etc. There is a patio area at the brewery, so wear something that would be comfortable outside.
