What Should I wear?

Answer

Rustic Chic attire is encouraged. Embrace the bohemian spirit with flowy dresses, denim, and cowboy boots! Rust is the official color of the bridal party. Guests are welcome to wear whatever color they feel most comfortable in. Please note that our ceremony and reception are outdoors, please keep this in mind to bring something to keep yourself warm.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We kindly request arriving at 3:30pm, 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Oaks at Cross Creek has a generous parking lot. Signs will be posted at the entrance. Guests will have the option to be transported to the ceremony by golf cart. The Wilson Estate on Calle Contento has designated parking inside the gated estate, and overflow parking along the road.

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We will not ask that phones and cameras be put away. However, please have them on silent during the wedding ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us.

Cocktail Hour

Answer

We will be having a cocktail hour at The Oaks prior to the reception at the Wilson Estate.. Cocktails and appetizers will be provided. No outside food or beverages are permitted at The Oaks. Thank you for understanding.
