Matron of Honor
Our History: Ashleigh and Anna have been friends since elementary school. They met at Opequon Presbyterian Church when their moms became fast friends! Present Day: Anna was married this past June and is now living in North Dakota, working on her first year of residency as a pharmacist in Ambulatory Care. Favorite Memory: Ashleigh's favorite memory with Anna is definitely their backpacking trip to Iceland in 2017. They snorkeled, and hiked, and almost froze, but they concurred the island with amazing stories to cherish forever.
Best Man
Our History: Ryan is seven years younger than Brett but there isn't a time he can remember when Ryan wasn’t around. From the time when Ryan destroyed Brett’s Pokemon Guide book, to their mutual love of hockey, these two have always had a bond that is deeper than being brothers, they are best friends. Present Day: Ryan is working on a degree in Physical Education at George Mason University. In his free time, when he is not playing hockey or video games with Brett, he works at the Ashburn Ice House. Favorite Memory: For anyone who knows these two, hockey is a huge part of who they are. So it comes as no surprise that Brett's favorite memory is playing for the same hockey team and winning their first championship together along with their dad, Randy.
Maid of Honor
Our History: Ashleigh and Courtney technically met when on the same soccer team in elementary school, but they grew up across the street from each other and became fast friends in middle school. Present Day: Today, Courtney lives in Charlottesville, VA and works for her alma mater, The University of Virginia. Favorite Memory: Unable to pick just one, Ashleigh's favorite memories with Courtney are from their camping trips to Buggs Island over the years.
Groomsman
Our History: Brett met Chase on the bus in kindergarten. Despite a rocky start, these two have been best friends ever since 1st grade. Present Day: Today, Chase lives in San Mateo, California with his wife Lana, and works as an Energy Engineer. Favorite Memory: No single memory can truly capture this enduring friendship. Whether it was sword fighting with sticks, playing video games, or traveling to Hawaii for Chase’s wedding, every time these two get together, they make memories that last a lifetime.
Bridesmaid
Our History: Ashleigh and Rachel met in elementary school and their friendship has continued to grow ever since with choir and music as a big part of their lives. Present Day: Today, Rachel lives with her husband, Garret, in Salem, VA. She is currently working on her Masters in Public Health. Favorite Memory: You guessed it... a choir memory! Well lots of choir memories. From chamber choir, to musicals, to Disney World, and beyond, Ashleigh and Rachel have shared lots of stories and songs.
Groomsman
Our History: Daniel joined Brett and Chase as the third amigo around 2007. Present Day: Daniel is wrapping up his PHD in Genetics at Columbia University in NYC. Favorite Memory: Easily one of the most memorable moments for Brett and Daniel was the Great Adventure Kababyan Festival. Brett and Daniel stood as honorary Filipino’s chanting at the top of their lungs celebrating Filipino culture and heritage with their friend Chase.
Bridesmaid
Our History: When Ashleigh met Mary, just a few short years ago, they were at a hockey game supporting the Barber boys. Present Day: Today Mary is engaged to Brett's brother, Nathan, and living in Philadelphia, PA. This happy couple is soon to be married in September! Double weddings, YAYY! Favorite Memory: Hands down, Ashleigh's favorite memory with Mary has to be their trip to Hawaii with Brett and Nate!
Groomsman
Our History: The other half of the original “Barber Boys”. For better or worse, most of their childhood was spent attached at the hip. Their squabbles took a toll on their parents and walls of their house, but it was all just a unique way of showing their love for one another. Present Day: Nathan currently resides in Philadelphia, PA and works for Accenture as a bio-medical engineer. In true Barber Boy fashion Nathan is also getting married this fall. He and Mary will say "I do" this September! Favorite Memory: There have been many fun and intense debates over the years, and one of the most cherished memories Brett has is when they were hanging out in Hawaii discussing their upcoming, life changing proposals to the ladies they love!

Our History: Brett and Garrett met for the first time, fittingly enough, at a Caps game where they squared off afterwards in games of ping pong, shuffleboard, and corn hole. Brett is excited to add a fourth brother to the mix! Present Day: Today Garrett lives in Salem, MA and works as an Energy Auditor for CLEAResult. Favorite Memory: A lasting memory for Brett had to be the first time he met Garrett. Hearing nothing but great things about Ashleigh’s brother, Brett was a tad intimidated but the two hit it off right away at a Caps game!
Ring Bearer
Our History: Nicholas joined the Barber clan in 2009. He has been asking when Ashleigh and Brett were going to get married for a few years now, and was thrilled when he heard the news. Present Day: Nicholas is currently in 4th grade. He is a member of the Massanutten Ski Team and loves karate. Favorite Memory: Brett and Ashleigh have really enjoyed spending time with Nicholas on the slopes of Massanutten. And one of the best annual memories are their Christmas trips to upstate New York to visit family.
Flower Girl
Our History: Ashleigh and Brett met Liliana just a few years ago. She is only 3 years old after all. Present Day: Today, Liliana lives with her Mom and Dad, Katryna and Tyler in upstate New York. She loves Disney and Pixar movies, singing, dancing, and animals of every kind! Favorite Memory: Flashback... Christmas 2018, Ashleigh and Brett bring a giant inflatable pickle as a gag gift to Christmas in New York and Lilly decides it is her new favorite thing. She holds it, dances with it, and cuddles with it all night long.
