When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by February 1, 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Where is the party going to be held?

Answer

Justin and Cindy Hilker have graciously offered to host the celebration in their backyard. The party will be outdoors, but we will have tent coverage in the event of rain. The address is XXXX Clydesdale Rd, Apsley, ON.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive and begin setting up tents/trailers at 3PM. The schedule for the day will be updated closer to the day.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy casual.

Okay, what does that mean?

Answer

Sun dresses, slacks and button up shirts, no tie required. No jeans or flip flops, but no need to buy anything fancy. Think summer garden party!

I live far away. Where should I stay?

Answer

If you have access to a tent or trailer, you are welcome to stay the night on the Hilker's property!

What if I don't have a tent or trailer? Are there any other options?

Answer

You bet! Please see accommodations tab for places to stay in the area. AirBNB and VRBO also have some great options within driving distance.

Will there be food and drinks provided?

Answer

We're not animals - of course! We will be providing dinner and loooots of drinks. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions by emailing annegvolpe@gmail.com

What about wedding gifts?

Answer

We're so thankful if you are able to make it to our celebration, and that is a gift in itself. There isn't much we need, so gifts are not necessary, however if you'd like to contribute some cash to our honeymoon fund, we'd be incredibly grateful.
