Ceremony starts at 4pm, moving straight into cocktail hour and then dinner. Don’t be late!
Preferably ASAP. If we have not heard from you by 31st October we will assume you cannot make it.
We’re going Semi Formal, which means midi-long dresses and suits (at the very least some nice pants and a button up). Our theme is bright colours and florals. Ladies, do not wear stilettos. Our ceremony will be on grass and our reception will be on gravel. I suggest shorter chunky heels or flats. If you are unsure, or want some inspo, please check out this Pinterest board. https://nz.pinterest.com/missabbeydonna/wedding-guest-inspo/
Yes we will have enough beverages for everyone! However there will be limited options, think beer and some rtds. You are more than welcome to bring your own if you have a preference.
We have had to be very selective with our invite list, which means only the names listed on the website RSVP are invited. We hope you understand.
We know you love your kids, and we love them too. However we cannot invite them all. If your children are listed on the website RSVP then they are welcome. If they are not, congratulations, I’ve just sorted date night for you!
Yes. Please let us know so we can pass on to the caterer. We will do our best with this.
We will have plenty of parking available at the bottom of the driveway. If you are unable to walk up, let us know so we can organise someone to park your car for you.
We love you. We have everything we need. All we ask for is an evening of your time to celebrate with us. However, I know some of you are stubborn and wont take no for an answer, so a cash donation towards our Honeymoon Fund or Future Renos will be appreciated. We will have a box for cards on the day, or you can deposit it directly to Abbey Clement 03-1318-0244982-003 for your convienience. But again, please do not feel obligated to give us anything! We just want to party with you!
Check out Booking.com for any accomodation options. You will have to organise transport. However, I have been told that Uber will come out to us (we haven’t used it this far). Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring campers to stay in. If you can get here during the week before the wedding we are happy to help you to set up a tent. Just let us know so we can ensure we have enough space away from our main areas.
