FAQs & Covid Info

We are working with our vendors to figure out the safest strategy to still celebrate our wedding during the pandemic. We understand if you have any concerns. Please email kbwed2021@gmail.com if you have any specific questions on how we plan to move forward.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 30th!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, no jeans please. Both reception and ceremony will have air conditioning and are indoors.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There are 2 parking garages. The Division Street Garage (Green Ramp) is the closest to The 513. The Superior Street Garage (Red Ramp) is connected to the Red Lion Hotel. Please do not park in the Wells Fargo parking lot one block south of the venue. Please do not park in the stalls behind the venue, they are limited and for the vendors. Appleton parking info can be found here: https://www.appleton.org/home/showpublisheddocument?id=23125

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting our guest list to help keep the building capacity covid appropriate. If kids are not listed on your invitation, we are encouraging our guests to take a night off from the kiddos and join us for dinner and drinks. If anyone visiting from out of state has questions about this, please reach out and ask.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year in Appleton?

Answer

On June 5, the temperature in Appleton typically ranges from 56°F to 72°F and is rarely below 46°F or above 84°F. We are hoping for a beautiful Wisconsin day!

Question

What Type of Ceremony?

Answer

We will be having a catholic service at Holy Spirit Church. This is not a full mass, and will be roughly 30 minutes.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

There is a large parking lot west of the church on North Pine Street.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for guests the day of the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The number of allotted seats per guest is listed on the RSVP in the invitation set. We need to pay attention to the number of guests for catering and Covid-19 capacity purposes. We hope you understand, please let us know if you have any concerns.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
