Zoe was working as a Zumba instructor, and Brett's mom, Cari, was in their class. Cari mentioned she had a handsome, single son, but Zoe wasn't interested. Cari went home and told Brett about her Zumba instructor, but he wasn't really interested either. Fast forward and Brett and Zoe meet playing ultimate at Morgan's Grove Park. They hit it off and end up carpooling to a league game in Leesburg, VA. Zoe mentions that she works as a Zumba instructor. Brett asks if Zoe knows his mom and pulls out a picture of her. Awkward silence as they both realize this was the person Cari was trying to set them up with... We had our first date at Blue Moon and started spending more and more time together that summer. We went to parties, swam across rivers, and did all the things two good Shepherdstown kids should do. We fell in love, moved to the Eastern Shore together, and now we're getting married!
