What is a cocktail reception?

We’re so excited to be hosting a cocktail-style reception rather than a traditional sit-down dinner. Think of it as a fun and laid-back celebration with plenty of delicious passed appetizers, food stations, drinks, and dancing! This style has become a popular choice for modern weddings—it keeps the energy up, the dance floor full, and still makes sure no one goes hungry. Come ready to mingle, munch, and celebrate with us all night long!

What time should we arrive?

Ceremony begins at 4pm at Allaire State Park. Reception begins at 6pm at Beach Haus Brewery.

How far is the chapel from the venue?

It is about 15 minutes.

What does parking look like?

Answer

There will be parking provided at Allaire State Park. Please let the front gate know you are attending the wedding so you will not have to pay the admission fee. Beach Haus Brewery has a free parking lot directly behind it.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a cocktail attire event. Think semi-formal: suits or dress shirts and slacks for guys and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for ladies. Since we’re having a cocktail-style reception, the vibe is festive but relaxed—so dress to impress, but also be ready to dance the night away!
