KB: Dylan and I both swiped right on the dating app Hinge back in 2018. Who could say no to a 5'11" guy from Haddon Township who is overly competitive about "The Eagles"??? Dylan gave me the famous line that he "never checked the app, so could he have my digits?" and we became fast texting buddies. I was living in Allentown at the time and didn't want to scare him off since he lived an hour away in Conshohocken. So, we met for our first date at the Conshy Brewing Co. where I tried to impress him with my knowledge of baseball/beer (because I'm nOT LiKe OtHEr GiRLs), we talked about his sister's upcoming wedding and we stood back-to-back in the parking lot to compare heights (since the height 5'11" doesn't really exist!). We went on some more dates in Conshohocken and then I finally let him take the drive up 476 to Allentown, PA. We became boyfriend/girlfriend official a few months later! DG: "Who was the girl I met on Tinder then?"
KB: Dylan and I went on a New England road trip to celebrate Dylan's 30th birthday. After enjoying some amazing maple creemees and doing a syrup tasting on the drive, we arrived at our first stop in Montpelier, Vermont. We stayed at a cozy and romantic cottage we found on Airbnb. We unpacked our car, got into the cottage, and Dylan got down on one knee and proposed! Don't ask me what he said, because I completely blacked out, but I guess I said "YES!" We went out to dinner and drinks where I kept staring at my hand and took some selfies along the Winooski River. Later that night, we called our families to celebrate over Facetime. We continued our road trip through Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. The day we got back, we hosted a 30th birthday party/engagement party where our two families met for the first time :)
