I'm Michaela Rziha, Carlyn's older sister. I live in Des Moines, Iowa with my husband of nearly two years, Michael Rziha. I'm a graduate of Benedictine College and currently finishing up my Masters degree at Des Moines University to become a physician assistant. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our families, learning about God and His creation, and camping or traveling when I can. I tell long-winded stories, especially after a glass of red wine, so if there's anything you want to know about Carlyn, come ask me!

Hey I'm Jeb, and I met Justin through pledging Phi Kappa Theta and being in the same cohort of the College of Business Honors Academy together. We sat together in many classes through that program and then spent our junior and senior years as roommates in the fraternity. I currently serve with FOCUS at the University of Washington before I move back to Nebraska in June and get married to Monica Rogers, one of Carlyn's bridesmaids, with Justin as my best man!

My name is Abby and I am a junior studying Elementary Education and Spanish at the University of Nebraska. My favorite things include coffee, tennis, TJ Maxx, and fall weather. I was blessed to have met Carlyn through the Newman Center on campus where our friendship began! I remember the first day we hung out where we spent 12 straight hours together doing the most random things but had the most fun. Happy to be doing life with Carl by my side.

My name is Monica and I am a 2nd-grade teacher in Omaha! Carlyn and I had the blessing of getting to know each other because our boyfriends, now fiances, are best friends from their time together in a fraternity at UNL! From there, an amazing friendship evolved and now we have the joy of walking through our new, engaged season of life together! We dream often of life's special seasons to come and our future children being best friends one day. I know our friendship will continue to be an incredible blessing for many years!

Justin and I met in college through Phi Kappa Theta, and grew our friendship through numerous late night Taco Bell runs, taking care of the backyard pool during the summer, and shared enjoyment of Sunday brunch. I got married in June 2020 to my wife Carly, and we currently live in Lincoln. I work as a software engineer at a small architecture startup in town, and use my spare time post-graduation to hone my cooking and baking skills.

I'm Devon and am studying Child, Youth, and Family Studies at the University of Nebraska with hopes of becoming a Marriage & Family Therapist someday! In my free time, you'll find me soaking in the sunshine, out on a long run, or grabbing coffee with friends! I met Carlyn at the March for Life in D.C. when I happened to snag the seat next to her on the plane! We lived together for a bit this past summer, and I got a glimpse of her heart for others and love for the Lord. It's been such a joy getting to know Carlyn's spontaneous self, and I'm feeling blessed to stand by her side on her wedding day!

My name is Grace Heggem and I am proud to say I stalked Carlyn with my friend Lexie until she finally agreed to be friends with us. We shared a small room in our sorority house for a year and still speak to each other so I'd say it was successful! Carlyn and I always used to joke we spend more time together than a married couple because we shared nearly every class as well as a room since we are both in the Business Honors Academy and Clifton Builders. In addition to school, my hobbies include playing the piano, reading, and eating cereal. I am lucky to call Carlyn a lifelong friend. I never thought I would find someone so like me, and I adore seeing how happy she is with Justin. He is a very lucky guy and I am honored to have been a part of their journey.

Hi I'm Lexie Fiedler! Even though she doesn't remember it, I've had a girl crush on Carlyn since the first day of sorority recruitment. Grace and I once texted her to hang out with us, and since then we've been inseparable. I've loved our deep talks in the smallest sorority bedroom you can imagine. Now, Carlyn is stuck living with me again and even though she stole my cucumber, I'm loving every second. I work as a TA for stats and in the office of admissions, serve on the exec boards for Dance Marathon and the Panhellenic Council, and my favorite pastime is dancing, so you better watch out for my dance moves! Even though I'm sad Justin is taking one of my favorite roommates, I'm so happy they're getting married!

My name is Mike Buell, and I'm currently serving in my second year as a FOCUS missionary at the University of Tennessee. I first met Justin when we joined Phi Kap. We became much better friends through road trips to Lake of The Ozarks, SEEK, and Husker tailgates.

I'm Andrea and I met Carlyn when she went through sorority recruitment at UNL as a baby freshman while I was a sophomore! Since our first conversation, I knew she was an incredible girl with a big heart and that God had placed her in my life. Last summer, Carlyn moved in with me and we became super close- sleepovers every night, many lake days, and lots of fun deep talks (which everyone knows Carlyn loves in addition to podcasts at 3am- iykyk). I am graduating from UNL this year and am heading to graduate school to become an Occupational Therapist. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Carlyn and Justin and to be a part of their special day!

Hey, I'm Tom and I met Justin freshman year of college. We were in the same pledge class at Phi Kap. I currently live in Lincoln and work at the Nebraska Soybean Board. Some of the best memories with Justin are from Husker gamedays, game nights, college formals, and good times at Hayden's barn! He is always down to have a good time and good conversation. Justin is a great guy from a great family and I'm excited to see where the future takes him and Carlyn!

Hi there!! I'm Mikayla and I'm finishing my last year at UNL working towards a career in medical sales. Besides school, I absolutely love traveling, going to concerts, long sunset drives, iced coffee, and my two miniature schnauzers. Carlyn was one of my very first friends in college and I still remember the day we met- I knew she was going to be one of my close friends for the long run. This summer rooming together was filled with so many deep talks, movie nights, home-cooked dinners, and lots of laughs that I'll hold close to me for the rest of my life. While at UNL, I joined Phi Kappa Theta, where I met and became friends with Justin and Carlyn. For the second half of college I transferred to UNO to pursue a career in Aviation.
