Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30pm-2:45pm. San Francisco City Hall is a beautiful and iconic building. It has the tallest dome in the United States. It's also a fully functioning city hall (with security). You will need to arrive with enough time to park, make it through the security check point, and up to the fourth floor for our ceremony. The ceremony starts at 3:00pm on the 4th floor.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom will be in a photo session capturing cherished moments. Guests, please make your way to Marigold Event Space for the post-ceremony celebration (6minute drive).

Question

What is the Seating Policy at SF City Hall?

Answer

Due to the limited seating capacity at our chosen venue, we will be implementing a "first come, first serve" policy for assigning seats during the ceremony. We have a total of 60 seats available for our guests, and in addition, there will be designated space for 40 standing guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy the ceremony comfortably. To accommodate our valued guests, we have set aside a few reserved rows for our families. These rows will be clearly marked with "RESERVED ROW" signs. To ensure that we can provide the necessary accommodations for all attendees, we kindly request that you inform us if you or any of your guests require reserved seating due to a disability.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Due to limited seating arrangements, invitations are limited to specified guests on invitation only.

Question

We have made it to City Hall, how do we find the 4th floor North Gallery?

Answer

We have designated day coordinators who will be available to assist you in finding the ceremony spot. To reach the 4th Floor gallery, enter the building on Polk (also known as Dr Carlton B Goodlett Place).
