As best friends for nearly two decades, they’ve shared countless adventures and have even started three companies together. Sam and Kara met in 2017 when Kara was Sam’s angel helper, supporting and guiding her through college. Over the years, their friendship blossomed as they learned and grew together. Seb and Bret’s friendship dates back to when they were just 2 and 7 years old. In their early years, they spent countless hours staying in hotels and investigating (imaginary) crimes, creating stories and memories that have stood the test of time. Hannah and Kara met at Ohio Northern University through Ada Friends, a big brother/big sister program. Their friendship grew as they served on Religious Life Staff together and later became roommates in Nashville, Tennessee. Hannah’s genuine heart and deep connection with Kara make her an indispensable part of this celebration.

Damian and Bret first met in first grade at Bonfield Elementary and quickly became friends. After reconnecting in high school, their bond grew stronger, and they’ve remained best friends ever since. Together, they’ve traveled to four countries and shared countless laughs—including prank-calling QVC an absurd number of times. Damian’s humor, loyalty, and shared adventures with Bret make him an irreplaceable part of this celebration.

Abby and Kara have been close friends since eighth grade, where they bonded over basketball and their shared leadership in FFA. Despite the distance, they’ve stayed in touch and supported each other through life’s ups and downs. Abby’s unwavering friendship makes her an essential part of Kara’s big day.

Nick, Bret’s older brother, lives in Georgia with his wife and their adorable dog, Millie. As both a mentor and a source of constant support, Nick’s role in Bret’s life makes him an irreplaceable part of this celebration.
