Will there be hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, as of right now we have a block of rooms at Sonesta White Plains for 10/6-10/8. The room rate may increase, so please book ASAP. Payment is not due until the time of your stay.

I was not able to book a room for the discounted rate at Sonesta. What do I do?

Answer

If there are no additional rooms for our block, please contact Caitlin VIA text. She is working on additional rooms at Sonesta or another Hotel in White Plains. Transportation will be provided to the Venue. Caitlin's Number: 631-601-6319

Can I change the dates of my stay to just 10/7 - 10/8
