We’re Jumping The Broom

Breontá and James met back in 2008 at Westover High School. They had mutual friends they hung around which in turned caused them to become best friends. As time went along they tried dating once in high school, but sadly Breontá had to move back to her home state of South Carolina, but that didn’t stop them from being friends.

On Valentines Day after we get home from dinner I’m hanging up my jacket in the closet and I look down and see a Kay bag on the floor. So while still hanging up my jacket I’m like “James, what is a Kay bag doing in here.” &’ he says “Oh, I don’t know.” So I shrug it off then I turn around to leave out the closet &’ there he is on one knee and asks me to marry him.
