Your wedding is on Halloween! Can I wear a costume?

While that would be very fun, we ask that you save your costumes for whatever trick-or-treating or after parties you may be attending.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are asking that only members of the wedding party bring their kids, to help manage the amount of childcare needed at the event. We love children, especially yours, and we thank you for your understanding.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Sacred Heart has a surface lot on the corner of 41st and Hubbard Ave. Entry is on Hubbard directly across the street from the church.

Is it a full Mass?

Answer

No. As such, there will not be communion, nor will it count for your Sunday obligation.

What's the deal with Communion?

Answer

See above. Since there won’t be full Mass, there will not be Communion.

How close is the hotel to the reception venue?

Answer

There are several hotels in the area, but we will have blocks at a few. More info on this to come.

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

We will be offering hosted valet parking on 9th. There is also a paid parking lot on Marquette & 9th St. right next to the reception venue.
