Promo code will provide discounted rate for the hotel and includes free round trip transfer from and to airport (Seasons transfer- booking confirmation email will provide email link to this company). Please ensure that you are booking with promo code and the stay will be fully refundable until 24 hours prior to check in. Black box reading promo code applied should appear during booking ensuring that the code is properly entered. DO NOT BOOK NON REFUNDABLE! Please do not book if non refundable is an option. You should only have one option available if promo code is entered properly. You should not be able to toggle between non refundable and refundable prices. Deadline to book at the resort with the promo code is March 8th 2025. 3 night minimum is required to use the promo code at the hotel. Promo code is valid May 15th 2025- May 22nd 2025. You are unable to bundle flights and resort with this promo code. Flights must be booked separately in order to use the promo code at the resort. The promo code can only be used by guests attending our wedding. Please do not share the code with family or friends. We recommend booking ASAP to ensure your accommodations at the resort. Stays are fully refundable until 24 hours prior to check in with promo code and your credit card will not be charged until 1 month prior to stay.
