Nope! Think 'Coastal Garden Semi-Formal' It's June on the Sunshine Coast- we could see rain or it could be HOT! Our priority is that you feel comfortable, summery, and relaxed.

How do I get home after the wedding?

Great question! We are not able to organize a ride-home program for the wedding. Please consider arranging for a designated driver or taxi

What are the best shoes to wear for this venue?

Answer

Something comfortable! We will be dancing. If you choose to wear heels consider bringing a pair of sandals to better enjoy the lawn, gardens, and walking areas.

Should I eat before arriving?

Answer

We will have drinks and light snacks available as soon as people arrive at 3pm. We will serve appetizers around 4:30-5pm and dinner will be at 6:30pm. Best to have lunch but we recommend arriving hungry! The food will be delicious and plentiful.

Is it ok to arrive before 3pm?

Answer

Yes! The venue is gorgeous and is yours to explore! There are 40 acres of flat walking trails through different gardens. Photo opportunities galore!

How late does the wedding go?

Answer

All amplified music must move indoors by 11pm. Guest must be leaving the venue by 1am.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception is a mix of indoor/outdoor. Tables will be set up for dinner both inside and out. If you have a strong preference of seating please let us know as soon as possible! We will have large tents covering the terrace to ensure there is enough shade from the sun. It is encouraged to being sunglasses, hats, and wear SPF!
