Brentin and I met about nine years ago, when we were 13 and 17. Our parents started working at Keller Williams Crossroads together. The first time we officially met, we were at Red Day for Keller Williams. We didn’t talk much when we saw eachother at the office, maybe just a hi or two. Thoughout the years we spoke alittle more, though we were just friends. After some office visits, mini conversations, and my mom always talking about how she wanted us together, we started talking more, texting, and some flirting.
When Brentin proposed to me, it was the most perfect moment and it felt like nothing else mattered in that moment. As many of you know, Brentin had planned so many different proposals with my mom. With my mom in the hospital, and it not looking like she will be able to make it out. My dad hands Brentin the ring and says do it right now! So sure enough, Brentin drops to one knee and asked me to marry him!! I was truly the most perfect moment with my boyfriend asking me to marry him, and my mom right next to me holding my hand. It is a moment I will cherish forever.
So basically, Brentin and I knew we wanted to start a life together from the very beginning. So in March I decided to go look at rings with my Mom, Nana, and Mommom. We made a girls day out of it and had a lot of fun. The first place we went was Green's Jewelry, which is the place the my dad bought my mom's ring, my Uncle bought my Aunt's ring and so on. So we walked in, looked around and I spotted one unique one and wanted to see how that looked on my finger. Well my Mom and I immediately fell in love with it, we said "this is the ring". So I got home and told Brentin all about it and it turns out, he added another ring around it and made it even better then i could imagine.
