Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (3:25-3:55pm) to park and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Complementary parking is available at the venue. Please park in the gravel lot and follow the signs to the Ceremony.
Yes! The ceremony will be outside on grass along with cocktail hour. Dinner and dancing will be under a tent with turf. Please plan accordingly as we can not always predict weather.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Please no jeans or denim pants.
We ask that you refrain from wearing white/ivory/cream in order to let the bride stand out on her special day.
Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind that the property has grass, rock, and gravel terrain. Under the reception tent there is turf.

We recommend driving to the venue. If using a share service, please note that you must pre-schedule a pickup. Due to the distance from downtown Charlottesville, waiting until the last minute to order a vehicle isn’t usually successful.

Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
In order for our guests to be fully present with us, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers who will capture those special moments. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
