Matron of Honor
Christina has been Tara's best friend for over 20 years, which means we've walked through all of life's ups and downs together. Christina has always shown up with love, patience, understanding and unwavering support. We've shared countless talks, laughs, and memories over the years, and survived the chaos of raising our kids together. Christina is the kind of friend everyone hopes to have, and I feel so incredibly lucky that she's my best friend and chosen sister! She will always be family. So incredibly thankful she'll be standing next to me!
Best Man
Brent and Steve met at Gonzaga in 1998. They played their last 2 years of college baseball together, before Steve began his pro career with the New York Mets. There are far too many chaotic stories to tell in this space, but through multiple adventures in Hawaii, alumni weekends, Whistler, and the night Steve used a cable box as a pillow, their friendship has remained constant for 28 years. Steve currently lives in Reno with his wife Abby, and their 3 kids, Cullen, William, and Murphy.
Bridesmaid
Emily is Tara's youngest daughter and the perfect mix of sweet, funny, and kind with a sprinkle of sarcasm (not sure who she could have possible got that from) She has the biggest heart, the quickest wit and the most contagious laugh. She makes us laugh all the time. Growing up with 2 brothers, she has developed a strong sense of humor and the ability to hold her own in any situation. She is strong, independent, and very thoughtful. She is an amazing young women and I couldn't imagine not having her standing by my side.
Groomsman
Brent and Nate met in 2006, and quickly bonded over poker games, golf, and poor decision making. Nate has been there for Brent through some very challenging times, and always provided solid perspective, a voice of reason, and genuine friendship. Nate is a wonderful father to Maddy and Dylan, and currently lives in Spokane with his wife Laura.
Bridesmaid
Angela is confident, resilient, and thoughtful. As a close friend of Tara's and the sister of my matron of honor, she has been a constant source of support and encouragement. Over the years, the three of us have experienced a lot of life together. Her supportive nature, strong character, and genuine heart make her someone I'm truly grateful to have standing by my side on this special day.
Groomsman
Riley is Tara's oldest son, he is someone we can always count on. He is incredibly reliable, fiercely loyal, and has one of the biggest hearts you'll ever know. Whether he's showing up for the people he loves or cheering on his favorite teams, he brings passion, dedication, and kindness into everything he does. His love for sports is only matched by the love he gives so freely to those around him and I'm endlessly proud of the young man and husband he has become. So thankful he is apart of our day.
Groomsman
Cody is Tara's middle son, he has the biggest heart and a quiet strength that shows up in the way he cares for the people in his life he is close with. Incredibly driven and always striving for success, he puts his whole heart into everything he does when he's passionate about it. He is incredibly kind, sweet and loyal, and someone you can always count on as well. I'm incredibly impressed and proud of the man he is becoming everyday! I'm so grateful he is apart of our day.
Officiant
Brent and Greg met in 2020, and Greg has become the most influential person in Brent’s life. Both personally and professionally, Greg is very much the reason Brent is the person he is today. Greg has 2 baseball stud sons, Max and William, and lives in Puyallup with his wife Marissa.
Father of the Bride
Tara's dad Bob has been a steady rock through all of life's challenges and every celebration- always with guidance, a warm heart and a reassuring presence. I am endlessly grateful for his love, his sacrifices, and the countless memories we've shared along the way. I couldn't imagine this moment without him by my side as he walks me down the aisle.
