We met in our hometown at 20 years old, right in the middle of COVID. What started as a simple connection quickly turned into something neither of us could ignore. We fell in love, intertwined our lives, and never looked back. Two years later, in 2022, we packed up everything and moved to Kansas together to chase his college baseball dreams. Those two years were filled with growth, sacrifice, and some of the best friendships we could have ever asked for. We learned how to navigate life as a team — through wins, losses, long days, and late nights — always choosing each other. In April 2024, we got the most beautiful surprise of our lives: we were expecting our first baby — a little girl. On December 24, 2024, we welcomed her into the world, the best Christmas gift we could have ever imagined and truly the best day of our lives. 2025 was a year overflowing with joy, laughter, and a kind of love we didn’t even know was possible. Our family felt more complete than ever, and on February 2, 2025, he made it official and asked me to marry him. Now here we are in 2026 — in our fourth apartment together, with our one-year-old daughter and our two dogs — still building this beautiful, messy, meaningful life side by side. Life isn’t always easy, and neither is love. But when you find the right person, you choose each other every day and you make it work. And we found our right person. 🤍
