Where can I park?

Answer

We encourage being mindful of limited street parking due to the Army vs Navy game. A small parking lot is there, but will mainly be used by vendors. Cars in the parking lot can not be left overnight. There will be valet service provided by the venue and cars will most likely be parked on the street. Cars parked on the street can stay overnight, provided no signage saying otherwise. To our knowledge (pending any updates), the streets will not be restricted due to a stadium event. Street parking is the best option if you are arriving early or decide not to use valet. Parking near Revival Hotel or Tru by Hilton and riding the shuttle is a great alternate.

Is the ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Yes, the ceremony and reception will take place at The Butterfly Room.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: tuxes, gowns, suits or cocktail dresses are welcome.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Are kids welcome?

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

We ask you are seated by 4:15pm.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation services will be provided at Tru Hilton and Hotel Revival. Shuttles will be arriving at 3:45 PM and departing by 4:00 PM. Transportation will also provided to the afterparty, at Ampersea, and will return guest to their hotels.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will have a professional photographers and videographer to capture all the exciting moments.

Where should I stay if hotels are fully booked due to the Army-Navy game?

Answer

We encourage exploring AirBnB's if hotels are booked. Reach out to us directly if you need assistance of alternative recommendations. In addition, Baltimore offers a wide selection of hotels that range in price and location. We focused our attention on the Harbor East area.
