https://dogwoodcanyon.org/horseback-riding/ We will explore the park Brent & I are getting married in on Horseback. No matter what your experience level is, their one-hour ride is the perfect adventure for you! You’ll tag along on horseback as experienced wranglers guide you on a leisurely ride, exploring ridges, hollows, old logging roads and other scenic views. All participants must: Be at least 8 years old and 48” tall. Weigh no more than 250 lbs (you will be weighed prior to riding). Must be able to ride on their own (one rider per horse). On the day of your adventure, please: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled ride. Wear closed-toed shoes. Wear long pants.

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, collared shirts and slacks. We will be out in nature, no need to get too fancy. There will be a good amount of walking so leave the stilettoes at home.
For those attending the Ceremony we will have light brunch snacks & coffee before the start, in the downstairs room of the chapel. Please allow time to arrive, park, explore the parks really cool museum (above the gift shop), magical waterfalls & don't forget to check out the treehouse! You will then either take a beautiful tree-lined walk through the canyon, over the river or catch the tram to the ceremony site. ** Please note: Cell phone coverage is spotty at best down in the Canyon, so prepare to un-plug for a while :)

A bit of a late lunch & drinks on the deck overlooking Lost Canyon at Top of the Rock. Arnie’s Barn offers Mexican inspired cuisine paired with magnificent views of the Cathedral of Nature below. To honor Arnold Palmer, the barn was transported from his hometown of Latrobe, Pennsylvania (where Melissa's family is from!!) to its location today at Top of the Rock, where it was carefully reassembled by local Amish craftsmen.

The winding trail will also take through a marvelous cave where you can purchase refreshments at the Bat Bar as well as the scenic overlook where you can step out onto our skybridge for a breathtaking view of the Ozarks. Attendees also receive free admission to the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum! Daily | 8:30AM – 7PM
