What's the wedding itinerary?
Answer
Our wedding will take place at The North Tahoe Event Center on October 9, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 10pm.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle service provided! The times are as follows. Pick up from the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort to the North Tahoe Event Center • 2:40 pm • 3:20 pm Pick up from the North Tahoe Event Center to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort • 9:45 pm • 10:20 pm

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Answer
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free parking near the venue. Please see the map outlining free parking locations above.

Have you reserved room blocks at one or more hotels?
Answer

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. For the guys, a suit and tie or well-tailored blazer and dress pants are preferable. For the gals, jumpsuits and mini, knee-length and midi cocktail dresses are great options. Make sure to bring a light jacket or shawl as it may get chilly at night.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio. The reception will take place indoors.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
