Directions from Denver:
Take 285 South from Denver for 56 miles until you reach County Road 15 where you will turn left, continue down County Road 15 for 3.5 miles and follow County Road 15 to the right for another 6.1 miles. Then turn left onto Link Road, then take the next right onto Caracara lane. Turn left on Night Hawk Way. Then you will see Sanderling Court on the right, turn there and follow the signs to park. Parking areas will be labeled, please parallel park. There will also be signs posted at each turn on the way to the property.
There are numerous AirBnB and VRBO rentals in the area (Jefferson, Como, Grant, Bailey, Fairplay). The town of Fairplay is 30 minutes south from the property with multiple hotels and more other rental options. There is also camping nearby at Tarryall Reservoir if you're into that!
