Where is your ceremony?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at White Oaks on the Bayou, located at 7920 Farm to Market 1489, Simonton, TX 77476. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at White Oaks on the Bayou, located at 7920 Farm to Market 1489, Simonton, TX 77476. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp. We ask all guests allow plenty of travel time and arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and find a seat.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

You can either mail your RSVP back to us or RSVP online, or both! As long as you remember to RSVP by December 15, 2020.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are there any colors you would prefer me not to wear?

Ladies - please do not wear white.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, please view the "Travel" tab for more information on hotels.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please contact Elizabeth Mink at 469-387-7519 or the bride or groom if you wish to bring a plus one. Please do not show up with a plus one if it has not been confirmed. We want to make sure there is enough food, drinks, and seats for everyone!

Answer

We love kids! Please RSVP if your children will be attending with you, so we can plan for food, drinks, and seats.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside if weather permits. Even though it's in Houston, January can sometimes get a little chilly. Please dress accordingly.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

TBD. Food can be altered to match any dietary restrictions. Please provide any dietary restrictions/requests with your RSVP.

Absolutely! Please make sure and tag us in all your wedding photos!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 11:00 PM. The bride and groom will have their send off at 10:30 PM. We hope to celebrate with everyone as long as possible, but if you wish to leave early, please stop by and say "bye" to the bride and groom!
