Can I book a different hotel than Caesars Palace?

Absolutely! We’re staying at Caesars Palace, but The LINQ, Horseshoe, and The Flamingo are great nearby options. They’re all owned by Caesars, so signing up for Caesars Rewards will help you get a discount.

Will there be transportation between venues?

Answer

Yes! We’ve got a party bus. Here's the full wedding day party bus timeline: 🚌 4:00 PM - Pickup at Caesars Hotel and head to Chapel of the Flowers. 🌸 4:15 PM - Arrive at Chapel of the Flowers. 🚌 4:50 PM - Depart Chapel of the Flowers and head to Brio Italian Grille. 🍝 5:15 PM - Arrive at Brio Italian Grille. The party bus will drop us off and leave. 🥂 5:15 PM - 7:30 PM - Dinner, drinks, and speeches at Brio Italian Grille. 🎉 7:30 PM - After Party begins! The party bus picks us up from Brio for a 1.5-hour ride up and down the Strip. We might make a couple of bar stops along the way before ending the night at Fremont Street. 🕺 ~9:00 PM - Arrive at Fremont Street. From here, we’ll explore, hit up some bars, and keep the party going!

What’s the dress code for the wedding events?

Vegas is all about style, but comfort is key! Keep it chic yet comfortable. We recommend bringing comfortable shoes to change into for when we get to Fremont Street.

The party keeps going! We’ve got a party bus for 1.5 hours to cruise the Strip, maybe stop at a bar or two, and then we’ll wrap up at Fremont Street. Expect music, drinks, and full-on Vegas vibes!
