Nestled in the heart of the Ribble Valley, Clitheroe is a charming market town surrounded by beautiful Lancashire countryside. On the reception day do allow time to explore the village, pop into local boutiques, enjoy a fish and chips from the Chippy on the Hill, and browse the Holmes Mill store and have a drink at Bowland Brewery, which boasts the longest bar in the UK.
Overlooking it all is Clitheroe Castle, one of the smallest Norman keeps in England, where you can enjoy lovely views across the Ribble Valley.
