Friday, September 12th from 7:30-10:00 PM at Coco's (233 Hale St)! Some light bites and drinks and a chance to say hi to everyone before the wedding. Attendance is *not required*, but if you're getting into town early we'd love to see you for a relaxed evening before the big day.
On the day of the wedding, shuttles to the venue will be available from the Town Center Marriott to and from the venue every 25ish minutes starting at 2:45pm. While the last shuttle to the venue will depart at 4:10pm, they'll be making runs back to the hotel in the evening to make sure everyone can get back. Charleston is a small and walkable city, and even has a few Uber drivers, although those coming from the Big City may find the waits longer than you're used to. THERE WILL BE SHUTTLES FROM THE MARRIOTT TO THE VENUE AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES: 2:45 Shuttles arrive to Hotel 3:00 Shuttles depart from Hotel 3:25 Shuttles arrive to Hotel 3:35 Shuttles depart from Hotel 4:00 Shuttles arrive to Hotel 4:10 Shuttles depart for JQ (all remaining guests) If you're planning on staying for more than just a night or two, we highly recommend renting a car. Charleston is a fun little town but the best thing in West Virginia is the nature - there are too many beautiful things within an hour or two's drive to list, but you can find a few of them in the "Things To Do" section.

Wear summer cocktail attire that makes you feel confident and comfortable! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors on grass and gravel, so keep that in mind when choosing your dancing shoes. It will also be quite warm, so we recommend lighter, more breathable fabrics. Keep your dark suits at home or perish (but do bring a jacket or sweater for the evening)!
There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails/liquor during cocktail hour. Beer and wine will be provided during the reception, with the option to purchase cocktails and liquor.
The restroom is indoors and has a ramp, but the rest of the venue will have grass and gravel. Please feel free to reach out to either Kate or Brent if you have any questions or requests to make your experience comfy!
