Best Man to Brennon Weaver
"The Ballerino" Rodney and I connected in a very organic way. When I first moved to Atlanta Rodney was one of the first friends I met. My friendship with Rodney is fun and adventurous. We went to Riviera Maya Mexico together in 2016. This was Rodney’s first time on an airplane and he was scared s****less!!!, but he survived and we had the best time ever on the trip. It was on that trip to Mexico when Rodney became more than just my best friend, he became my Brother. A brother who has been by my side every drunk weekend, every amusement park visits, and every road trip. A brother who I’ve shared my best laughter’s and deepest cries with. A brother who loves me and appreciates me for me. It means so much to me to have him stand as my Best man on this special day.
Best Man to Terrance Wilson
Jason Walker “The Glue” is 6/8 of the Campbell High School “Clique”. Jason has been a constant force for the “Clique”. No matter where we all went in our personal lives, college, marriage as well as the beginning of our families, Jason has always made sure “The Clique” stayed close to each other. From the time I was in high school to the time I was in college; I would come home to Georgia and just want to be away from the competition and stress. Mr. and Mrs. Walker would always allow me to come stay at the house and welcomed me in as a part of the family. The glue for us all you have remained. You have never made me feel any different when I found out who I really was but you assured me that I would always be one of your “ Best Friends and Brother”. Thank You!

“The Realest One" I met Resha in Nashville TN. in 2008. We met in a nightclub through mutual friends and kicked it all night. I didn’t think I would see her again after that night, but ironically weeks later we bumped into each other again. Resha and I instantly hit it off. We’ve went through a lot trying to figure out life in our early 20s. We lived together and grew closer every day. In the most stressful times Resha was there to pull us through. We’ve laughed and connected like brothers and sisters. She reads my mind and gets me on every level. Having a friend like Resha over the years has really kept me going. Like a big sister she calls and checks in on me and we talk as if time hasn’t passed. I love LoResha sincerely and can’t wait to share this day with her.

MUGLER TO BALENCIAGA!!!!! My True Ballroom Families. Calvin Jackson has been there through it all. Me discovering myself as a young black gay man was hard to conceptualize and or deal with. I did not have any true resources and or models to follow and refer to in finding myself. Meeting my brother during my early club and ballroom days was that missing link that I could always rely on. From higher education, business, philanthropy, fashion to travel, I had a Big Brother (Fatherly) Mentor figure that I now could look to for that guidance in becoming “A Proud Gay Black Man”, most importantly “An Educated Black Man”. There are too many memories and stories to reflect on as our bond as brothers. It is the anticipation for whats to come in our Broship and welcoming the other half of me "B.W."

“The Enigma” Brittany is the most free-spirited person I know. She gives “Life of the Party” its true definition. Brittany and I met while working at Dell Computers together in 2008. We would compete on who could assemble the CPUs the fastest! Once Britt and I started conversing our relationship quickly took off! She visited my apartment every weekend and her, Resha, and I along with other friends turned that apartment out! D26!!!!! My love for Brittany is everlasting. She made the courageous decision to join the Navy in 2009, and throughout her time overseas we never lost a beat. Brittany is definitely my sister and having this day without her would be impossible.

Elgin “Nitro” Key, my Morehouse Brother, my former Mizrahi Brother, My Club Dancing partner to simply one of the great friends that I have been blessed to find in my life as a Gay Black Man. Tonya Welch aka “Pocahontas and or Poc” is 1/8 of the Campbell High School “Clique”. She would be the only girl out of the group that would go to “Run and Shoot” and watch the fellas play basketball ALL night long… “the fellas would use her as a “Decoy” to distract our competitors! "Poc" has always been there to ride when the fellas called and or if we were ALL together with the ladies as a unit. She blended in well, despite being a year under us and would be able to still be that "Cool Friend" either way. I've always loved that about her. The youngest of the "Clique Crew", Tonya is a great friend and one that I know will always be there when I call.

“The Elder” Jermnich is that special friend everyone needs. He’s like a Guardian Angel, always there when you need him and bending over backwards for everyone around him. I call Jeremnich “Germ” because he’s definitely that .1% that doesn’t go away! Lol, nonetheless it’s all out of love and my friendship with Jerm is inseparable. He gives meaning to the word “Friend” with many good laughs and a shoulder to lean on. Jeremnich’s spirit could carry us all on this special occasion.

“Business Man/Socialite” Darrius came to me for a haircut back in 2014. That day I cut his hair and made general conversation as any Barber would to their client, but oddly our conversation felt different than normal. We shared a lot in common like being introverts and sharing a love for traveling. I told Darrius by his second haircut he was going to be my best friend. Darrius agreed with no hesitation, or non that he showed lol, but by New Year we were in Atlanta drunk screaming BESTIEEEEE!!! I love Darrius like a childhood friend I grew up with. I know having him by my side makes this occasion even more special.
Groomswoman
Kahaila “Kay” Montgomery is 3/8 of the Campbell High School “Clique”, or as I refer to her: “My Queen Bee” to her Puffy”. This dancing machine has always been the life of the party and one that I could always depend on to remind me that I was still “Terrance Wilson”. When Puff Daddy’s song “All about the Benjamins” (featuring Lil Kim) comes on, we clear the Floor and no matter where we are “We shut it down!”

“The Brotha” Dontae is definitely the little big brother. Talented, gentle, and compassionate, Dontae is an amazing individual to everyone around him. Born just 1 year and a day apart from me, Dontae is my Scorpio brotha! During my time dancing Dontae was there helping me with moves and encouraging me not to give up. Dontae always calls or stops by when he senses I’m down and has shown me what a "Brother from another Mother" looks like! Thankyou Brotha for being who you are!

Theo “TJ” Johnson, is 7/8 of the Campbell High School “Clique”. Theo is the entertainer, music extraordinaire of the group. Former stage name “Entycee” I will always associate “TJ” with his musical talents and great ear for good music. If we were having a kick back or going to a party, “TJ” was our go to, not to mention all of the “Kick-Backs” at your house over the years. Great Times! From playing basketball and running track at Campbell, to you being my Best Friend/Triple Jump Coach in high school when we needed those points at The Region Championships to 20 plus years later, we are still great friends.

If anyone knows Aaron, he is always on his money and will not miss making his money for nothing, but he is always there for me when I need him. The oldest by 15-minutes! Aaron’s resilience reminds me of Brennon and to see them bond as family has meant the World to me.

Allen too, has accepted Brennon into our family with open arms and I am grateful and appreciative of his and love and support.

Deaundre “Da Baby Dre/Mr. Jack of All Trades” Hubbard, is one the great friends that I found on my journey in finding myself. Before we even knew of “The Baby” or “Da Baby” as rappers, we called and knew of Deaundre as “Da Baby Dre”, just a name but one that fits him like a glove; he is kind, loving and will give you the shirt off his back. (As long as it is not one of his Labels!) Just like “Da Baby”, he is not the one to play with, he will defend his Brothers at All Cost (Do not let the name fool you!! LOL) Dre’s presence has always provided me with nothing but the Big Brotherly Love that I will always cherish and greatly appreciate. Deandre Hubbard is an active member of the Brotherhood of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

My Nephew, Cameron Wilson-Rasch “Cam”. Cameron is the eldest of my middle brother's (Daryl Wilson) children.
