I can't find where to enter the wedding group discount code for the hotel reservation?
Answer
Unfortunately, reservations using our discounted rate can only be made over the phone, discounts will not be applied online. Please call Minerals Hotel at (866)-921-0422 ext. 2 and mention "Brenner-Hurt Wedding Block" to receive a discounted room rate for your stay.
Question
I'm having trouble finding the hotel / reception venue. Is it Crystal Springs/Grand Cascades Lodge? Or Minerals Hotel?

Crystal Springs owns multiple resorts in the area, including our venue/hotel - Minerals Hotel. Please be sure to use the following address when entering in the GPS: Minerals Hotel, 2 Chamonix Dr, Vernon Township, NJ 07462

What COVID precautions are you taking?
Answer
We are monitoring the situation closely and will update guests if needed. Both cocktail hour and the reception will be outdoors and there will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue. If you are not feeling well, please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible for the safety of all guests.

Will there be transportation to the reception or ceremony?
Answer
The reception will be hosted in the Sweetgrass Pavilion at the Minerals Hotel, where our guests will be staying so no transportation will be provided. The Church ceremony is a quick 10 minute drive from the Minerals Hotel, no transportation will be provided for the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal attire, but please be aware both the cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour is on a patio and there is wood flooring for the reception. Block or wedge heels are encouraged.

What should I do if I can't make it to the wedding?
Answer
We are so sorry to hear that you won't be able to be with us on our wedding day. Please let us know by clicking on the RSVP button on the top of our website. Be sure to RSVP to all wedding events so that we can plan accordingly. If the RSVP page of the website is not yet visible, please contact Robert or Melissa directly to let them know.
