When do I need to book the hotel to receive the discount rate?

Answer

The deadline for the discount rate for the Residence Inn hotel is May 11th. You may book after but you will not receive the discount.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests join us in semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks, button-downs, or suits. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

This is an outdoor venue with the ceremony taking place in the courtyard, cocktail hour on the patio around the pool, and the reception under a large tent. There are parasols available for shade during the ceremony and large umbrellas around the tables for cocktail hour.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, please check back for shuttle departure times to the Cypress House. The shuttle will be leaving from the Residence Inn Hotel in Williamsport.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony if you are not taking the provided transportation.

Where can I park?

Answer

You may park in the guest parking area located on the map above. There will also be signage on site to direct any guests to the parking area.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away cell phones and devices for an unplugged ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer who will be capturing all of our special moments. Feel free to take lots of pictures after the ceremony!
