What times does the shuttle run?

Answer

The shuttle will leave from the DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North at 3:35pm (3:50pm arrival) & 4:05pm (4:20pm arrival). The cash bar will be open to sit at in the AC until 4:30. The open bar will open at 4:30pm. Shuttle times departing the Sutton Barn are 9:30pm, 10:00pm, 11:15pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue. If you book at the doubletree there will be a shuttle that day so you wont have to worry about that!

Where is the wedding at?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the Sutton Barn at Rolling Meadows Golf Course

When do I need to show up?

Answer

Please show up at 4:30 PM (Bar will be open). The ceremony will begin at 5:00, that will give you plenty of time to find your seats

Not at all we just offer a shuttle to the Double Tree Ann Arbor North

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone... We would like to allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have informed the caterer of all the food allergies/ restrictions we are aware of! If there is anything new we need to know or if you would like us to confirm please reach out to us!
