Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, they are both at the Horstmann Homestead in West Salem, WI.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4 pm. We strongly suggest arriving no later than 3:45 pm. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone!

Is their parking available at Horstmann Homestead?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at our venue including handicap parking. There will also be a parking attendant that will direct vehicles to where they should park on the property.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The attire for the event is semi-formal. Please keep in mind, it's in a renovated hay barn with plenty of outdoor space to explore so I would avoid uncomfortable shoes and dress appropriate for the weather. Semi-formal examples Ladies: dress, skirt, dressy sandals, etc. Men: collared shirt, dress pants, leather shoes etc.

Are their vegetarian food options throughout the event?

Answer

Yes (: It is a buffet style dinner. The vegetarian options include 2 different types of vegetables (no meat in them) along with salad and a corn muffin. There will also be snacks (most don't involve meat) before the dinner and during dancing in the evening.

Answer
