Sonoma County Airport (STS) is the most convenient option, located 15 minutes from Healdsburg. Direct flights are available for anyone flying in from AZ & SoCal! As an alternative option, San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are the closest major regional hubs. Keep in mind they are 2+ hours away by car.
We recommend that all guests stay in Healdsburg, as this will be the designated "hub" for many wedding events including shuttle pick up & drop off for the Wedding Ceremony on Saturday. See the "Where to Stay" tab for a list of recommended hotels!
Up to you! Santa Rosa Airport (STS) is a ~15 minute drive away from the Healdsburg "hub". You can choose to get a rental car or catch a ride via taxi/rides share (e.g. Uber/Lyft) in order to travel to and from the airport. Please keep in mind that taxi/ride share availability can be limited in this area -- We suggest pre-booking these services or plan for a longer wait time. Throughout the weekend, you will not need to arrange your own travel to any wedding-related events if you are staying within the Healdsburg hub.
We are providing shuttles for guests on wedding day. Shuttle pick up & drop off located in Healdsburg (near recommended hotels). Check back here closer to October for shuttle specifics! Keep in mind that there is NO parking allowed at the wedding venue, so we ask that guests do not drive themselves to the festivities on Saturday.
Oh no!!! Jk, don't worry. We're serving a family-style meal with plenty of options for everyone. It'll be great, we swear! That said, please feel free to note any food allergies on your RSVP and we'll ensure you are taken care of.
