Ben and Brennan have been best friends since high school. They somehow became friends even though they never get a chance to talk on the golf course since his lefty slice always ends up in the rough on the opposite side of the fairway from Brennan's righty slice. Back in high school, you could find them doing anything from giving technical fouls to 2nd grade coaches while reffing YMCA basketball games to taking spontaneous road trips to Des Moines to watch the Cardinal's top prospects play. Ben moved to Kansas City after college, but they still find ways to get together to golf and stay up late debating the latest news and trades from the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs.

Leah and Lauren have been built in BFF's since birth. Leah didn't always like her big sister, but she learned quickly once Lauren could drive. Leah is always up to take your photo, get fast food and go shopping (if it's for her and you're paying) She is a superstar volleyball player and is always busy! They enjoy getting coffee or heath tea's together. Leah adores Brennan and can't wait for him to join the family for real, even though she has treated him so since she met him. Leah looks just like Lauren, people often ask if they are twins, although they are 6 years apart!

The Real OG! Tommie (A.K.A OG Tommie Johnson) and Brennan met as freshmen in college. Tommie was also part of the pitching staff and another Physics major. They spent countless nights trying to decipher Dr. Slaven's physics riddles and even more hours in the gym or bullpen where Brennan tried to develop a curveball as good as Tommie's. Senior year was definitely the best when Brennan and Tommie were roommates. Tommie made the best tacos every Tuesday followed by a trip to LeMars for Quartermania night at the bowling alley. Brennan still misses the Tacos and bowling every Tuesday. Tommie and his fiancé Shawna were also a very important part of Brennan and Lauren's engagement when they hiked up the mountain through the snow to surprise Lauren and take pictures of Brennan getting on one knee.

Shannon Myers

Shannon Myers is Brennan's younger sister by 2 years. She is an amazing artist and a world traveler! Lauren and Brennan have enjoyed going ice skating and playing games with Shannon and her boyfriend Marty. Shannon is the best at finding and giving the most bizarre and awesome gifts. She even sometimes rides shotgun, navigating for Brennan when he goes storm chasing!

Aaron Homme

Aaron (better known by his last name Homme) and Brennan met formally as Freshman at Morningside, however, they have been playing each other in baseball since they were kids. Aaron (also part of the pitching staff) was Brennan's roommate sophomore year of college. They spent many competitive (way too competitive) nights playing Rocket League and NHL on the XBOX and even more days trying to master all of coach Hilker's drills on the baseball field. Even though Aaron still lives in Sioux City, they manage to meet up to go golfing and win some golf tournaments together! (hey Homme... The invitation to start playing NHL again is always open for ya)

Emma Van Drie

Lauren and Emma met during their freshman year of college and bonded over silly music and Morningside college parties. They both love cats, coffee, and good beer. Emma was actually there when Lauren met Brennan and gave him his favorite nickname, Nighthawk. Emma recently moved closer and Lauren and Brennan are so excited to get to see her more! She makes it down to Omaha at least every other month to hand out with them and check on Lauren's cats!

Elliott Conover

Elliott and Brennan met freshman year at Morningside. That year they started to become very good friends due to one main similarity... That is, we both had bad roommates that led to us spending multiple nights in Drew and Homme's room. Elliott was also part of the pitching staff on the baseball team and the only other member of the very prestigious SASS (Side Arm Slingers Squad). Elliott is also still in Sioux City, but he always finds ways to meet up to teach Brennan some golfing or throw some frolfing discs into lakes (oh wait that was Liz...).

Hannah Hen, now Hannah Smith, was Lauren's Choir BFF at Northwestern College. Lauren DMed her on Instagram asking to be friends and the rest is history! Even though they were only in the same town for one semester, they have stayed extremely close ever since. Lauren loves being friends with Hannah because she challenges Lauren to be a more authentic, loving, and thoughtful person. While their hobbies and personalities couldn't be more different, they can always have the best conversations and adventures.

Brennan met Trent (Sir Trent the Great) in High School. They had many of the same classes and competed on the robotics team together. There is really only one Trent. For the people that have met him know exactly what that means. He is the guy that anyone can always go to. He is the guy that has created more friendships than anyone. He is the guy that loves songs about cows. And he is the guy that writes addresses on potatoes and sends them in the mail for fun!

Jessie met the bride during their senior year of college. They became quick friends and were dumbfounded that they hadn't become friends sooner! Considering they had several classes together before they even spoke once! They love to go on adventures, shop, and just be together. Jessie is the most fun person to hang out with, and yet the most reliable, loyal person when you need her most. If you see this girl without a drink in her hand, please go get her a Malibu Coke!

Drew (Kaspy) and Brennan met freshman year of college. Despite Drew unfortunately being a major ChIcAgO CuBs fan, they still managed to become friends. Drew still thanks Brennan to this day for the Cubs winning the World Series after they won every game that Drew watched in Brennan's dorm room. Brennan thanks Drew for the best 6am lifting playlist every Friday in college. Drew is always fun to be around and Brennan always looks forward to visiting Sioux City to hang out and golf together.

Ann was Lauren's roomie senior year! They came into the year as strangers and left as BFFs. Lauren did not miss a single one of Ann's volleyball games, and Ann was always up for a Mcdonald's run after! Ann and Lauren love to watch the bachelor and eat food Lauren has made for them! They still talk on the phone at least once a week even though Ann and her husband, Collin, have moved to Chicago. Lauren love's Ann's kind, loving heart

Spencer Wyant

Spencer (Spency) and Brennan met freshman year of college. Spencer was another member of the pitching staff. While they were never technically roommates, they shared a wall in their Dimmitt dorm rooms. Spencer is one of the funniest guys Brennan knows and misses all of the good times in the bullpen. Brennan is still super jealous that Spencer was able to move to Wyoming after college.

Brooke, known as Brookie to their friend group, and Lauren have known each other for all four years of college. They are both marketing majors so they shared many classes together. During their senior year, they bonded over being on the same presentation team in several classes, nights out with friends, and staying up late coming up with nonsensical acronyms to remember a list for a test the next day. Brookie is always up for whatever and was the first of their friend group to visit Lauren & Brennan's Home!
