What is the dress code?

We’d love for you to dress in garden party attire. Think light, summery colors, florals, and dressy-casual styles!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to get settled.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved hotel blocks for our guests. Please visit our Accommodations page for details and booking information. If our hotel blocks become fully booked, additional nearby accommodations are available.

Can I check into the hotel early?

Answer

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, you can request early check-in directly with the hotel, though availability is not guaranteed. If your room isn’t ready, the hotel can typically hold your bags so you can get ready and head to the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the hotels with a room block.

Yes! If you’re in town early, join us for a welcome gathering: Friday, July 24th at 7:30 PM Joey’s Italian Grille Food and drinks available for purchase.

Yes! Keep the celebration going with us after the reception: Hampton Inn (Madison) 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM Drinks available for purchase.
