Welcome to Mystic! We are grateful for the journey you are making to celebrate with us. If you’re coming into town Thursday, we’d love to spend some time with you before our big day! We’ll be at one of our favorite spots - The Port of Call - and hope you’ll join us. Drinks and burgers on us! (there will be GF and vegetarian options)

Wedding

Cocktail or Semi-formal
We truly want everyone to wear what makes her/him feel most comfortable. The ceremony will take place on the lawn by the water, cocktail hour will be on the patio, and reception will be inside. Guests will be free to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors throughout the day! All day of Wedding Events will take place on site at the Delamar Mystic. September Afternoons in New England can range from 60-80s F. We recommend checking the weather and dressing accordingly. Ladies, feel free to lean into coastal formal attire or simply wear whatever makes you feel beautiful. Guys, a comfortable suit or shirt and slacks will be just fine. Ties optional. We are also all for stashing a comfy pair of dancing shoes under your table to change into!
Ceremony

Wedding Ceremony will take place on the back lawn behind the Delamar Mystic Hotel. Delamar staff and signage will direct you upon arrival. If you are driving, free parking is available directly across the street at the Mystic Seaport Museum parking lot. Alternatively, Hotel Valet is available for $20. We encourage guests to taxi, Uber, or Lyft as well!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Immediately after the ceremony, join us on the patio for a toast followed by cocktail hour with drinks and passed snacks as well as a raw bar with locally sourced New England oysters!
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Following Cocktail hour join us inside for a seated dinner, speeches, dancing, and fun! Feel free to bring comfortable shoes to change into!

If you are able to stick around, we hope you’ll come join us for a Saturday bop around Mystic! We’re going to start at The Engine Room where we’ll provide light bites and a chance visit with friends and family. From there, we’ll play it by ear and walk to some of our favorite spots around town!
