You’ll want to book your flight into the Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR). The airport is located about 30–40 minutes from the hotel, Conrad Punta de Mita, depending on traffic. We recommend flying in by Friday afternoon to join us for welcome drinks that evening.

PVR also has Ubers/Lyfts available. Depending on the time of your arrival/departure, this option can be less expensive than arranging a shuttle/private car.

If the Conrad has no more rooms available when you try to book, feel free to call using the number above to see if they have any rooms available that may not be showing up on the website. If they confirm they don't have rooms, please see below other options you can consider (not in a room block). February is high season in Mexico, so we encourage you to make your reservations soon to ensure you have a place to stay. The link below will only allow you to book for Friday 2/20-Monday 2/23 (you have to enter these exact dates to book). If you'd like to extend your stay or prefer to stay Thursday-Sunday, please first book your room using the link, and then call The Conrad at (844) 298-4300, and they will help with modifications to your reservation. Welcome drinks on Friday night will be hosted here. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita
This hotel is right next door to the Conrad (where we will be staying) and has beach access to walk over to our hotel. It is an older hotel and is all-inclusive. This isn't the nicest hotel option, but if you are looking for something logistically convenient for the events, this is a good option.

Passport Reminder!
Just a quick reminder to make sure your passport is up to date—Mexico requires that your passport is valid at the time of entry, and many airlines recommend having at least 6 months of validity remaining. If you need to renew, now’s the time! Also, don’t forget to check any travel requirements your airline might have ahead of your trip.
