Shuttle to the venue

A shuttle will be provided to transport our guests to and from the venue. The pick up location will be from the Hyatt hotel at 3:45pm. The shuttle will return guests after 10:00pm.

Salt Lake City International Airport

The Salt Lake City airport is the most convenient for our guests. Lehi, UT is approximately 35 minutes from the airport, and is the recommended area for accommodations as it is close to our venue.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue! Also it's across the street from the welcome party location. We will have the shuttle pick up and drop off at this location. To receive the discounted room block price, please book by February 6, 2026.
