What's the best way to RSVP?

On the website, there is a clickable link on the main page as well as an option at the top of the page that will bring you to the RSVP link,

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a partner/friend is not on the invitation, please ask us before bringing them or including them in the RSVP. We want everyone to be involved and comfortable. However, due to capacity, and vendors we need to keep our numbers to a specific range. We will try to accommodate as many people as we can, but we need to keep communication open and honest to ensure everyone has a good time.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has its own parking lot next to it that will have plenty of parking availability. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be in the same venue so there will be no moving around after the original parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be in the covered greenhouse Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor weather permitting Reception will be inside the covered greenhouse as well

Is there air conditioning in the greenhouse? What should I wear? Dresscode?

Answer

No, there is not, it will be very warm. Please dress accordingly and we would recommend not wearing anything too heavy. Think cocktail attire, but floor length dresses are not required.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony? Can I post them on social media?

Answer

We are going to have an unplugged ceremony since we have a photographer and videographer to capture the moment. During the ceremony there will be a designated time that pictures can be taken then put away devices again. During all other times, take as many pictures as you want. There will be a google folder that We will share for everyone to upload pictures that they took during the wedding. Feel free to post anything on social media after the wedding!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

When RSVPing, there is a prompt asking about dietary restrictions, let us know there.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and assorted desserts. Let us know if you need any specific accommodations.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have alcohol. However, keep in mind we don’t have any transportation set up. Please drink responsibly, drive safely, and be considerate of others around you. We want to have fun, and for our wedding to be a memorable event.

What activities will happen during the night?

Answer

There will be a live wedding painter (Brenna's High School art teacher), a photo booth for everyone to use, and plenty of dancing.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

No, Since the majority of the guests are from Rhode Island we don't have a hotel block or transportation for any of the guests. Please coordinate those on your own if needed
