Are Kids Invited?

Answer

As much as we love kids, this is a 16+ celebration and want you to leave the kids under 16 at home so you can kick back, relax and enjoy our big day with us!

How Many Guest Can I Bring ?

Answer

Although we would love to accommodate everyone who wants to come and celebrate our big day with us, unfortunately due to financial restraints, we can only accommodate those who are addressed on the invitation.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Yes you are welcome to bring a guest as long as your invitation is addressed to you with "and Guest".

What's The Dress Code?

Answer

Dressy casual. Men can wear button up shirts or polos with khaki shorts, jeans, or dress pants. Woman can wear dresses, or a blouse with a skirt or nice pants.

What Should I Do If I Cant' Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are There Other Wedding Events I Can Attend?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on having a Jack and Jill on February 15th 2020 at Club One Entertainment here in Feeding Hills, MA! We would love it if you could make it! Kids are welcome to this event. You can wear casual attire for this event no need to dress up were all just here to have fun!

Where Are The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, And The Reception Taking Place?

Answer

The ceremony is taking place outside as long as weather permits it. Cocktail hour will be on the patio outside the barn. The reception will be taking place inside the barn.

What Happens After The Ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony the wedding party will be taking an hour to have pictures taken as this is done guests are going to be prompted to our cocktail hour on the patio.

Does Your Wedding Have A Theme?

Answer

Yes. Our theme is rustic romance. No you DO NOT have to wear theme coordinated attire.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We would prompt you to arrive at least a half hour before the ceremony start time which is at 4:30 P.M.

Where Should We Park? Is Parking Free?

Answer

There are a few different parking lots right on location! Yes it is free to park!

When Is The RSVP Deadline? Do I Need To Mail Back My RSVP Or Can I Do It Online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 25, 2021 and we do ask that you respect the deadline and anyone who does not reply by it is not welcome to our wedding since we need the count as soon as possible. You can mail back the R.S.V.P. card provided in you invitation or you can do it here on our website.

Are The Ceremony And Reception Location Wheelchair Accessible?

Answer

Yes our ceremony and reception location is wheelchair accessible! Although our ceremony is held outside as long as the weather permits it they do have a golf cart on location for anyone who can not walk in the grass.

Will Food And Drinks Be Served At The Reception? What Kind Of Food?

Answer

Yes we will be having food and beverages served at our wedding including a cash bar. We will be serving two choices of appetizers of Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu and Pulled Pork Sliders, a choice of Chicken or Carved Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin with Au Jus or Horseradish Cream Sauce (both are on the side) for an entree, and there will be cake and a dessert bar with Cannolis, Brownies, or Cheesecakes.

Will There Be Any Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free/Special Diet Options?

Answer

Yes there are all of these options included just let us know what your dietary needs are when you R.S.V.P. with us.

Where Are You Registered?

Answer

We are only registered on here. However there are some other gift options that we are interested in that were not available on this registry website like a Visa gift card any amount or a gift card for Longhorn Steakhouse. May I Take A Centerpiece/Candle/Flowers Home As A Souvenir?

We are actually going to be keeping all of our centerpieces they are not to be taken since they will be items that are rented and will need to be given back.

Can I Take And Post Pictures Of The Wedding On Social Media?

Of course! All we ask is that you don't do so during the ceremony, special dances, and cake cutting guest remain unplugged, if there are ANY photos you would like we would be more than willing to send you any of the special moments of the day taken by our professional. Are There Any Colors You Would Prefer Me Not To Wear?

The only colors we would prefer our guest not to wear are Ivory, Red, or Wine.

The wedding reception is scheduled to end at 10:30 P.M.

Will There Be Dancing/Entertainment?

Yes!! Of course we will be having dancing and entertainment. We will be having a great DJ that will have you up on you feet all night! Also we will be having a photo booth for some great photography fun!

If you can! It would be great if you could come early and stay a day later after too! So we can spend more time together!

If the weather permits it we will be having some outdoor activities like bean bag toss, lawn darts, and ladder toss!

When you RSVP, please enter the First name and Last name for one person listed on your invitation. This should solve your problems. If that does not work, please RSVP by phone to Eddy 413-302-1558 or I 413-302-1656.

The airport closest to our venue is in Hartford CT airport BDL.

Are Credit And Debit Cards Accepted At The Venue, Or Do I Need Cash?

Our venue does prefer cash although if you do forget to bring some with you or run out of it since we are having a cash bar we do have a ATM on site.

Should We Bring Gifts, Or Send Them Ahead Of Time?

We would love for you to bring them with you, unless you are unable to make it, we will have a beautiful card box and gift table all set up inside the reception area.

Are You Having An Unplugged Wedding?

Answer

No we are not going to have an unplugged wedding, but we do prefer to have unplugged moments. We would love for everyone to be fully present and share our big day with us! Only during the ceremony, special dances, and cake cutting we ask for everyone to remain unplugged!

If you would like to help in any way at all that would be great just let us know if you would like to and how you would be able to!

Do I/We Have To Stay At The Hotel Recommended?

Answer

No, if you wish to stay some place else please feel free to do so. The hotel is near by and is just a convenience should you need to be close to the venue. Although you should plan accordingly because traffic may be a little bit worse this time of year due to graduations in the area.
