We met Brenna's freshman year at KU and Payton's sophomore year at a campus ministry event. For the first couple of years, they were just friends. We then, eventually, started hanging out more and more. After a couple of years, Brenna's junior year and Payton's senior year, on February 23rd, 2024, Payton asked Brenna to be his girlfriend. We dated for over a year and a half, making many memories and learning why God brought us together. On November 29th, 2025, Payton asked Brenna to marry him. Of course, she said yes! We are looking forward to this next stage and seeing how God works through both of us as He continues to grow us both.
