UPDATE: The hotel situation is a nightmare right now due to an event at Turning Stone. There are a few more hotels added that DO NOT HAVE SHUTTLES. These hotels are within a 18-20 minute drive/uber/Lyft ride.
The shuttle service is ONLY a shuttle for after the reception. You will have to provide ways of transportation to the event. There are ubers and lyfts in the area. If you would like to leave your vehicle over night, that is an option. There will be some way of getting to your car the next morning. Vehicles need to be picked up by noon on Sunday.
