There is a King County mask mandate, such as proof of vaccination or negative test results upon entry to the venue

Yes! They will both be held at the Sunset Bay Lodge at the Ballard Elks

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the Sunset Bay Lodge at the Ballard Elks

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with covered areas to sit. The reception will be indoors with the choice of enjoying the patio and beach outside.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Seattle is beautiful in the summertime. However, there is always a possibility of rain for the forecast. If we do expect rain during this time, please bring a jacket just in case!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. It is highly encouraged to wear something colorful or vibrant!

Yes, it is okay to arrive early if you would like!

What if I have food restrictions?

Please let us know if you have food restrictions or allergies at least 30 days before the wedding. We will be accommodating!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to covid restrictions. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please contact us with further questions if you have them.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
